Welcome to my humble abode.

Now that you've taken the brief tour, let's talk about me.

My name is Troy Benedict, and my hometown is in Burke, VA. I have two great parents, Daniel and Georgia; I have a younger brother, Kyle, who is a sophomore in majoring in Engineering at UVA (don't ask me why -- I must've damaged his brain picking on him when I was younger); and we have a dog, Misty, who is a West Highland White Terrier.

I'm a senior at Virginia Tech majoring in Communications.

My biggest interest is music! I'm mostly into modern music, of which a good portion sucks.

The bands I deem worthy of listening to are: emmet swimming, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Faith No More, Primus, Barenaked Ladies, Smashing Pumpkins (pre-Adore), Nine Inch Nails, and Marilyn Manson -- oooh! Scary!

Music that I HATE with a passion is just anything rap/R&B and electronic/techno (with just a couple of exceptions). For one thing, Puffy and Mase and all those "cover/remix whores" need to start writing some original songs and stop making a profit off of other people's work. And for another reason, when did the computer become a musical instrument? Learn to play a real instrument like a guitar or a bass you freakin' morons.
